Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise that enhances flexibility, strengthens and tones muscles—especially the core—and promotes overall body balance. By focusing on controlled movements and proper alignment, it not only improves muscle strength but also enhances posture, stability, and coordination. Plus, Pilates can help prevent injuries by increasing muscular control and balance between different muscle groups.

Yoga

Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements – movement, breathing and meditation. Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits including improved posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness

During your session your trainer will provide focused exercise instruction based on your goals and fitness outcome. The guidance and consistent encouragement will help you maintain your motivation and confidence. Are you not getting the most out of your workouts.
