
I have been to many spinning classes, but Fari's class stands out as the best one! She is really energetic and i enjoy every work out. She also keeps you motivated by adding a variety of mevements and defferent exercises to train the whole body.
I eagerly attend Fari's aerobic class every Wednesday. What sets Fari apart is her ability to make each sessions feel fresh and exciting; no two classes are ever the same. She has a unique talent for keeping everyone motivated, using a variety of engaging routines that cater to the diverse fitness levels of each participant. The group itself is a wonderful melting pot of ages, creating a suportive and energetic atmosphere where every one feels welcome and encouraged th challenge themselves.

I regularly attend Fari's Pilates class, and i can't recommend it highly enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each movement with clear explanations and adjustments to ensure proper form. The class is a perfect balance of challenging and relaxing. I feel stronger, more flexible and energise. What i appreciate most is how inclusive the class is_ whether you're a biginner or more advanced, Fari tailors the exercises to suit all levels. It's a great way to tone your muscles improve posture, and de-stress. Definitely 10 out of 10!
